OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
Agron Healthcare (P) Limited, in association with NHL has its manufacturing facilities compatible for a number of sectors, these are Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceutical (FSSAI) Cosmetic & Herbal (Ayurvedic Medicine). Also to its plant & facility in Khalapur, Maharashtra, Agron recently commenced another factory operations in its state of the art manufacturing unit in Khopoli, Maharashtra (INDIA). Naturon’s 1st plant in Khalapur is spread over 44,000+ sq.ft and is conveniently located in a lushy green area near the Mumbai – Pune Highway.
FACTORY LOCATION
The site is approximately 6 km from Khopoli railway station.
Approximately 77km from Mumbai CST International airport.
There are no smoke producing or hazardous units in the vicinity of the site.
STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGIES
Our manufacturing facilities deploy state-of-the-art technologies and automated facilities that ensure the highest levels of process integrity and product quality. Our facilities have fully self-reliant Quality Control departments with sophisticated equipment. Production dept. is well equipped with GMP standard RMG, FBD, 27 station Compression machine, Blister machine. Laboratory equipment like Shimadzu double beam UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution test apparatus, 2.5-ton capacity Tooth Paste Mfg. Vessel, Four head automatic filling & labelling machine, etc. to ensure conformance to stringent quality standards.

Our facilities have successfully gone through several inspections by the regulatory authorities of various countries, enabling a steady flow of product approvals. All our products are manufactured in GMP certified facilities and revised schedule M complaint facilities.
